José Miguens Mendes

José graduated in Law from the Portuguese Catholic University and has a post-graduation in banking, stock exchange and insurance law from the University of Coimbra, as well as a postgraduate degree in banking law and attendance of a scientific master's degree in banking and insurance law from the University of Lisbon. At OVERGEST / ISCTE he specialized in taxation. Author of several articles on commercial law, banking law and insurance law, José is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2002.
