Its main purpose is to represent the parent company, conduct market research, romote products or services, and explore local partnerships while finding new clients and opportunities.

Up to two representatives of the TRO may apply for residence permits in Bulgaria under this framework. This pathway can lead to temporary residence initially, with eligibility for permanent residency after approximately 5 years of continuous legal residence, and citizenship after 10 years, subject to the applicable legal requirements.
